How it works
Report a claim in three simple steps

Prepare documents
If available: have the medical report, cost estimate or similar ready. Documents can also be submitted later.
STEP 2
Log in to customer account
Request your login link on the right. In your account you will find the "Report a claim" tab.
STEP 3
Fill in form & submit
Answer a few questions, upload your documents – done. We will get back to you.

What costs does lipo-protect cover?
We cover the costs for complications that occur following your aesthetic operation and need to be treated. Either we reimburse you for recourse requirements of your statutory health insurance or we settle directly with your doctor.
What documents do I need?
Ideally you have the medical report on the complication and, if applicable, a cost estimate for the follow-up treatment. If these documents are not available digitally, please scan them. You can also submit documents at any time later.
How long does the processing take?
Once you have successfully reported your claim, our service team will check whether all documents are complete. You can view the current processing status in your customer account at any time. If we have questions or documents are missing, we will contact you.
Can I submit documents later?
Yes, you can submit the claim report first without documents and upload them later via your customer account. This way no valuable time is lost.
